Commercial Snow Services
Part of business in Canada is managing your public access, and that becomes especially precarious during the winter months. Winter conditions precipitate situations of liability, and can cost large sums of money in settlements and related legal costs.

We have over 25 years of commercial snow maintenance service under our belt and we both understand the importance and gravity of such services, but also the strategic solutions available to our clients to ensure property safety and risk mitigation.

Each client and property location is unique, and therefore we tailor all our quotes to such parameters. Please contact us, and we can begin the process of assessing your location and collecting information on your personal needs.

Our tenured professionals will liaison with you to understand your needs and get the lay of the land for the related property. Questions will be asked to clarify items such as the scope of services, timing, staging areas, drainage concerns, liability coverage, and traffic flow.
Draft of Quote/Contract of Service
An contractual agreement will be drafted that meets the specifications collected during the initial assessment, and costs will be provided. This process may be refined a few times over before a satisfactory document is drafted, depending on budgetary concerns or liability needs.
